The Essential Pre-natal and Pregnancy Massage:
Swedish Massage for the expectant mother, avoiding contraindicated areas (forearms, ankles) for pregnant women. This massage can either be deep tissue, therapeutic or basic Swedish and it can be performed down sideline (lying on the side versus the abdomen) or having the client use a specially designed set of pregnancy pillows which allows lying on the abdomen without applying pressure to the area.

The Essential Sports Massage:
This massage is stimulating and done in an intense manner. It is offered to prepare an athlete for competition.

The Essential Thermo Therapy Hot Stone Massage:
Full body massage using hot stones as a medium to massage. We use stationary stones strategically placed in certain areas, and then utilize working stones that our masseuse actually massages with. One stroke with a stone is equivalent to 10 strokes with the hand. This provides a wonderful thermo-therapy treatment using the contrast of heat and ice to promote the muscular system to dilate and constrict, completely relaxing the client.
